(a) Rules of Golf Workshop
- Compulsory (1 time attendance for test takers)
- Workshop Fees:
- Information
- Workshop is 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes MCQ test.
- Rates & requirements are subjected to change without prior notice
- Requirements:
- Book your workshop date & time with the admin counter
- Reach 15 minutes earlier
- Bring along your given admission ticket to attend the workshop.
- You may need to bring a pen for the MCQ theory test.

(b) Proficiency Certificate Requirements (PC Test)
- PC Fees:
- On the day of the test , participants are required to:
- Attend Rules of Golf Workshop (please read (a))
- You are required to be in proper attire and bring along your golf set
- Late comers are not allowed to take the test.
- Rates & requirements are subjected to change without prior notice
- Prepare at least 20 range ball for the test
- To pass the test:
- Pass the workshop’s MCQ test
- Tested on 4 distances: 30m, 50m, 100m, 150m with 3 out of 5 balls to be air-borne.
To be able to hit with any golf club for the required distance.
- Upon passing the test:
- PC card will be issued to you in seven (7) working days and will be valid for a period of one (1) year

(c) Renewal of PC card
- PC will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue.
- PC Fees:
- A fee of S$50.00 + GST is chargeable upon renewal of PC
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Rates excludes GST, Golf/Range balls and Golf Insurance

(d) Use of PC Card Star Golf Academy’s PC Card allows you the opportunity to play on MBGC & Orchid Country club if you have attended the golf workshop:
- Play at MBGC weekdays before 2pm OR weekend with accompanied person with Handicap index (maximum 2 PC holders in a flight)
- Play at OCC during weekdays and gather 3 PC holders and book 1 day in advance.

(e) Courtesy Round / Handicap Test
- Courtesy Round / Handicap Fees:
- S$60 + GST per person
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates excludes GST, Golf/Range balls and Golf Insurance
- Join My Golf Kaki (MGK) at Marina Bay Golf Course
- Submit 5 x 18 holes or 10 x 9 holes score card to MGK
- A valid Proficiency Certificate (PC) that has is still valid on the test date from either:
- Star Golf Academy
- Any recognized Country Club in Singapore
- All score cards must be recognized from governing bodies and associations
- 7 days advance booking is required; all payment must be made in full before the test date and is non-refundable.
- A minimum of 3 persons is required to conduct the test. The Academy reserves the rights to postpone the test date in the event of insufficient candidate.
- Workshop is required (theory test). Sit for 30minutes of theory test of Golf Rules Workshop before the 9 holes practical test
- A minimum of 9 holes is required to conduct the test, with proper golf attire and golf set. Test must be completed within 2 hours 15 minutes
- For men’s, not more than 53 strokes
- For ladie’s, not more than 58 stokes
